Product Description
• Is specially formulated with a unique blend of food grade acids.

• Is a multi-use product designed to be an integral component of the carpet care and floor maintenance systems.

• As part of the carpet cleaning system it can be used to complete the extraction process by neutralizing cleaning chemical residue. It also acts as an anti-browning agent that helps to reduce wick-back.

• As a part of the hard floor maintenance system it is used as a neutralizing agent after stripping or using high alkaline products.

• Can be used as a mild acid wash for cleaning grout and calcium build up in restrooms.

Directions For Use
Note: before performing any wet floor service procedure, set a safety perimeter using wet floor signs, cones, placards and/or caution tape. Notify personnel in the facility that services are being performed.

Carpet Cleaning
Note: Always test for color fastness before using Professional Choice Neutralizer.

When heavy detergent residue is present, pre-spray with Professional Choice Neutralizer diluted 4-8 ounces per gallon, work solution into the carpet allowing it to penetrate completely. Then extract the solution from the carpet using fresh water and Professional Choice Neutralizer diluted 1 ounce per gallon in solution tank..

Professional Choice Neutralizer can be used to reduce potential wick-back, browning or yellowing and water spots. May be applied with pump-up sprayer, shampoo tank or bonnet cleaning method.

Application
After removal of old floor finish, use Professional Choice Neutralizer (mixed in accordance with manufacturers recommended dilution ratio) during the first rinse to neutralize alkalinity.

As a floor cleaner, mix Professional Choice Neutralizer (mixed in accordance with manufacturers recommended dilution ratio) and apply liberal amount to floor surface. Machine scrub the floor with rotary floor machine and appropriate pads/brushes. After scrubbing, rinse the floor with clean water. Heavily soiled grout may require a stronger dilution.

For removal of calcium deposits, use Professional Choice Neutralizer (mixed in accordance with manufacturers recommended dilution ratios) and apply liberal amount to floor surface. Machine scrub the grout with rotary floor machine and appropriate pads/brushes. After scrubbing, rinse the floor with clean water. Heavily soiled grout may require a stronger dilution.
